Mobility
Mobility is another key factor in the development both of the
company and of the men and women who work for it. Broadening and
enhancing existing qualifications, while favouring the acquisition
of new ones, it opens fresh prospects for growth.
To help promote mobility, the Group has committed itself
to :
giving
priority to internal applications whenever possible, qualifications
being equal ;
publishing
all job openings, apart from exceptional cases ;
facilitating
transfers by offering mobile employees consistent and fair assistance.
All job offers to be filled internally are posted on a site
dedicated to mobility, accessible via the Group’s Intranet.
The various actions aimed at optimising the Human Resources
management of the Group all meet the ISO 9001, version 2000 standards.
