Individual Development
Appraisal and Orientation Interviews
Each
year, employees have a personal interview with their immediate superior.
These interviews are conducted within the framework of the company's
strategic development plan, divided into collective objectives then
broken down into individual objectives.
Employees
and managers may thus evaluate performance over the past year, agree
on individual objectives to be set for the coming year, and determine
the most appropriate means – training in particular –
for achieving them. They also provide an opportunity to discuss
personal objectives in terms of career development.
