During the Mixed General Meeting on 22 June 2006, shareholders renewed the mandate of Mr Vsevolod DMITRIEFF and appointed the following members to the Supervisory Board : Mrs Marie-Hélène CHIARISOLIMr François CANELLAS During the meeting of the Supervisory Board which followed, Mr Vsevolod DMITRIEFF was reappointed as Chairman and Mr François CANELLAS was appointed Vice-Chairman. The new Executive Board of the Group was also appointed and is composed as follows : Mr Philippe SOULIÉ : ChairmanMr Stefano COSTA : Environment Director Mr Dominique DELAHAYE : Administrative and Financial Director Mr Christian GUICHARD : Defence-Systems Director |
