CNIM’s lift department, which designs and constructs special products, as well as ensuring the maintenance of standard lifts, is organised around two areas of activity:

Study, design and construction of special lifts.

Each lift we build is unique in its design, appearance and motorisation.

Our products are directed at communities, upmarket retailers, cultural centres, museums, historical buildings, etc.

Services

A very extensive range of services, covering three domains:

After-sales: preventive maintenance, repairs, and maintenance contracts;

Large-scale or renovation work: upgrading to meet new regulatory requirements, improvements in performance, and automation;

Parking doors : Preventive or curative mantenance and upkeep agreements.

In France, CNIM ensures the maintenance of 1,800 lifts.
