Our strengths

In each of its activities, the CNIM Group targets technological excellence that combines the flexibility and creativity of an “ISC” with the same rigour of a major Group that puts innovation at the heart of its development. With its know-how, it controls all of the technologies that it uses and it is at all times capable of launching innovative products thanks to the creativeness of its men and women.

It has very high level industrial resources that provide the responsiveness and flexibility that are needed to be in sync with the technical and economic expectations of its customers.

The Group’s dimension, the structure of its shareholding and its management ensure:

  • stability and continuity in its strategic choices;
  • responsiveness in management and business;
  • the financial independence that allows it to continue its growth and to develop projects using its own funds

Our Strategy

The Group’s offensive strategy involves:

  • concentrating its activities in order to ensure long-term financing means such as to guarantee the company’s continued existence and to extend its commercial efforts to emerging countries, so as to benefit from their development prospects, while maintaining its positions on the European market over the long term;
  • optimising the synergies between entities that all share a high level of requirements in order to stimulate the Group’s innovation policy.
  • improving its productivity while aligning its actions with an initiative that complies with environmental requirements.

The creative energy of our engineers is relayed by the Group’s ability to act and react quickly when a project that aligns with its strategy is validated.

As the turnkey contractor, CNIM has control over the processes that relate to its activities, it builds the essential equipment and develops its own technologies.

In each of its major business lines, the Group has an active Research & Development policy, which is a major component of the innovation process.

With the strategic desire to retain its leadership, the Group:

  • optimises the existing products;
  • produces ever more innovative products that are adapted to the needs of tomorrow, notably for the usage of clean energies;
  • is pursuing the integration of additional skills.
